This illustration is not intended to appeal to break the glass ceiling, but to build a "celobert" (open sky) together, both women and men. The human scale formed by women, men and companies represents the construction of a "celobert" (open sky) and the achievement of real labour equality. This diagonal crosses the entire opi and generates great dynamism. The "celobert" represents the already broken glass and the entrance to a world without limitations to rise in the professional career simply because of being a woman, emphasized by the purple tones of the sky and the purple background of the opi.
